Meet Karen L. Jackson, Founder & Managing Partner

Karen Jackson is the personification of what it means to consistently exceed client expectations. She is also the catalyst behind C-ChangeWork LLC.

Karen launched her consulting practice after gaining 20 years of operational experience in key leadership roles for Fortune 200 corporations. Her work has taken her beyond the U.S. to South Africa, Sweden, Japan, Malaysia, England, France, Belgium, Denmark, Australia, Singapore and Germany.

Her capacity to transcend the barriers of culture and language is beyond impressive. The keys to Karen’s success are her superior situation assessment, exceptional insight, deep listening and a unique ability to translate the complex—simply.   Karen’s clients place tremendous value on her perspective and experience. As a result, 98% of her business is from referrals.

Karen sits on the Advisory Board of Capital Analytics, the makers of the next generation analytics solution Human Capital Rx. Human Capital Rx is the first tool to be successful in quantifying the ROI of corporate human capital investments and identifying how to optimize those investments. According to Gartner Research, “Capital Analytics is the first company to figure out how to definitely measure ‘soft investments’, such as training.”
